What is StageHub?
StageHub helps you discover pageants, meet finalists, and support them with votes. Event admins publish event details, finalists, and voting rules.
How do I support a finalist?
Open an event and buy a balance package through Xendit using a voter account. Verified payment adds balance that can be used across events. When voting opens, choose a stage, category, contestant and amount, then press Use votes.
When are my votes recorded?
Verified payment adds account balance. Votes count for a contestant only after you press Use votes and the request succeeds. View balance and usage on the event page, and payments in My orders.
Do I need an account to view events?
No. Published events and finalist profiles are available without signing in. A voter account is required to purchase votes and view personal orders.
How do I read the rankings?
Rankings show votes in one category and stage. Advancement follows stage rules, such as category winners and combined scores. Advancement targets are planned; official decisions appear in the competition journey after admin confirmation.
Do votes carry over to the next stage?
Unused balance remains available and can be used in other events. Cast votes are recorded in the chosen category and stage; whether they carry forward follows the event advancement rules.
Why can’t I purchase votes?
Balance purchases are available for published events with an active package in an announced stage that has not ended. You can buy before voting starts or while paused. Balance can only be used while voting is open.
What if a payment expires or is cancelled?
Open the order details for the latest status. Expired orders cannot be paid. Vote purchases are final and non-refundable. Balance remains usable in other events if the original event is cancelled.
